Freshness tips

Make Every Harvest Last.

  • Wrap callaloo and leafy greens in a damp cloth and keep them in the fridge drawer.
  • Ripen mangoes and papaya at room temperature, then chill once they give slightly.
  • Keep tomatoes, pumpkin and plantain out of the fridge for the best flavour.
  • Store grapes and strawberries unwashed, and rinse just before eating.
